Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Yū packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
